Postpartum Yoga Series ~ Women are givers but often forget to care for themselves. Take some time to refresh and recover from the aches of pregnancy or motherhood.

During this 3 week class series, you will learn relaxation and self-care techniques through movement, meditation and massage. Each class will take you through breathing exercises, a slow flow yoga warm up, self-care massage techniques and a few blissful restorative poses. We hope you will join us for some community, self-care and relaxation.

This workshop is designed for couples that want to know more about how natural pain relief options and labor comfort measures can help them confidently navigate birth!

During this hands-on class, we explore valuable tools and techniques that can help mom and her birth partners stay relaxed, comfortable, and positive during labor. Class concludes with a discussion on the importance of relaxation in labor, and a guided visualization exercise.

Prenatal Nutrition and Exercise Workshop @ Partners to Empowerment Wellness Center

Preparing your body for birth is crucial. Caring for your body and baby with proper nutrition and exercise will help keep you low-risk, may alleviate common pregnancy related ailments, and provides an optimal framework, so you can have the best birth!

This Food and Fitness workshop, facilitated by Alayna Spratley w/ The Nurturing Root, provides a rich foundation so expectant mothers can remain healthy and strong during the entire childbearing year. The program offers exceptional nutritional information, discusses pelvic floor health, demonstrates beneficial prenatal and postpartum exercises, discusses mindfulness and relaxation…plus more! You will leave this program with a greater sense of self-reliance as you journey to achieve optimal wellness for both you and baby.

This workshop includes 3 hours of in-person instruction, a beautiful and comprehensive Food & Fitness workbook and light, healthy refreshments.
